Bär & Karrer advised the shareholders on the sale of Webnode to team.blue

The shareholders of Webnode, one of the main website builder companies in Europe, sold their shares to team.blue, one of the largest hosting providers in Europe.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the selling shareholders in this transaction. The team included Christoph Neeracher(pictured), Raphael Annasohn and Adrian Zampieri (all M&A), Micha Schilling (Financing), Raoul Stocker (Tax), Markus Wang and Jonas Bornhauser (both IP/IT) as well as Rehana Harasgama (Data Protection).
