Kellerhals Carrard advised Fredy Bayard in taking over Groupe Gassmann

The Gassmann companies’ group in Biel, including its established heritage (“Bieler Tagblatt”, “Journal du Jura”), is sold to the Valais entrepreneur Fredy Bayard. With his wife, he built up the Mode Bayard Group and since three years has been managing, as owner, the Mengis Group in Visp (“Walliser Bote”, “Radio Rottu Oberwallis”).

Kellerhals Carrard accompanies the buyer during the transaction and implementation. The team included Thomas Bähler (pictured), Kathrin Enderli, Michèle Remund.
