Bär & Karrer advised UBS on sale of 62% of CSIP
Bär & Karrer served as legal advisors on all matter of Swiss law to UBS in the sale of Credit Suisse Investment Partner (CSIP), indirectly held by UBS with a 62% majority stake, which was sold to Bantleon, an asset manager. CSIP has now changed name and has started operating independently.
Freshfields advised UBS on international legal matters.
