Bär & Karrer advises AMCO CPM on combination with Green-ty

Bär & Karrer advised AMCO CPM, as the consulting group specializing in corporate performance management and CFO advisory backed by funds advised by Deutsche Private Equity (DPE), has combined with Green-ty Advisory, a Paris-based corporate treasury consultancy. The transaction extends the group’s offering for the Office of the CFO into the corporate treasury space.
