Bär & Karrer advises Contrinex on sale to Nordson
Bär & Karrer has advised the shareholder of the Contrinex Group, a provider of industrial sensor solutions, on the sale of all of its shares to Nordson, a preceision engineering and manufacturing technology specialist.
