Bär & Karrer Advises EGSB on acquisition in SERTO Group

EGS Beteiligungen AG (EGSB) acquired a majority stake in the SERTO Group, a specialist in the field of tube fittings and pipe connection components. The management of the SERTO Group remains invested.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to EGSB in this transaction. The team was led by Christoph Neeracher (pictured left) and Philippe Seiler (pictured right).
