NKF advises Demathieu Bard on acquiring Steiner Construction
Niederer Kraft Frey has advised Demathieu Bard on the acquisition of Steiner Construction SA.
Steiner Construction SA is one of the leading Swiss construction firms with 200 employees and CHF 300 million of turnover. Demathieu Bard is a French construction group with 4’000 employees in six countries. The acquisition of Steiner Construction SA is the first move of the group in Switzerland.
Demathieu Bard was advised by Lamartine Conseil on French law aspects.
