Bär & Karrer advises on Real Estate transaction

Bär & Karrer has acted as legal advisor to a FINMA-accredited fund management company, regarding the sale of three tenement residential properties. The real estate sold, is located in Zürich-Oerlikon, and was acquired by a professional investor. The legal counsel given, related in particular within the NBO- and BO-phase, and the contractual negotiations, as well as in connection with lease/tenancy, Lex Koller, construction law and tax matters. The Swiss federal law, also known as the Lex Koller, limits the acquisition of real estate by persons abroad.

The team was led by Rocco Rigozzi (pictured), and included Jennifer Winkler and Hanna Brozzo.
