NKF advises Climate Impulse on partnership with Breitling
Breitling, the Swiss luxury watchmaker, is partnering with Climate Impulse. This relates to the latest endeavour of Swiss explorer and climate advocate Bertrand Piccard. This collaboration marks Breitling’s continued support for Piccard, a long-time brand ambassador, as he undertakes the Climate Impulse project. It will be the first nonstop around-the-world, zero-emission flight, with a green hydrogen-powered airplane, estimated to last nine days and conceived to inspire climate action at large.
Bertrand Piccard, a serial explorer and pioneer of clean technologies, has a deep-rooted history with Breitling, having been supported by the brand during the Breitling Orbiter missions, three vanguard journeys that saw Piccard achieve the first nonstop round-the-world balloon flight in 1999. Breitling has now become an official partner of Climate Impulse.
