Hanna Brozzo, Léonard Lavanchy-Prack, Martin Leu, and Gadi Winter have been promoted to partners at Bär & Karrer as of January 2025. Tiffany Ender has also been promoted to counsel.

Hanna Brozzo has worked as an associate at Bär & Karrer since 2018 where she is now partner, after one year at Baur Hürlimann as an employed lawyer between 2016 and 2017, and as an associate at Hombruger between 2013 and 2015. She is a Swiss tax expert and focuses on tax matters for Swiss and foreign private clients, including tax planning and tax compliance. Her practice includes wealth and estate planning, trusts and family foundations, relocations, real estate, tax residency questions and charitable institutions. With broad litigation experience, both on the side of a court and as a party representative, she regularly represents clients in tax matters before Swiss authorities and courts.
Léonard Lavanchy-Prack has been employed at Bär & Karrer as an associate since 2018 where he is now partner, with a year of experience as a foreign associate at Cravath in 2022. His practice focuses on contentious and non-contentious commercial matters, with a special emphasis on insurance contract law, general contract law, and sanctions-related matters. He advises and represents Swiss and foreign clients in litigations before Swiss Courts, both domestic and international arbitrations as well as before domestic and foreign authorities. Léonard Lavanchy-Prack also assists clients with claim management, evidence gathering, and corporate internal investigations.
Martin Leu entered Bär & Karrer as an associate in 2019 where he is now partner, with his previous five years being in force at KPMG. He advises Swiss and foreign clients on tax-related questions in the area of M&A transactions and restructurings. He offers comprehensive counsel on a wide range of tax-related matters, drawing from his extensive experience in tax compliance and employee participation schemes

His practice focuses on criminal and regulatory government investigations, cross-border proceedings, and crisis management. He advises and defends corporations from a broad array of industries in high-stake investigations and proceedings, with a particular focus on financial crime-related matters. Gadi Winter furthermore provides guidance to financial institutions and financial technology companies on regulatory, corporate, and M&A matters, and counsels entrepreneurs and investors at the intersection of technology and law.
Tiffany Ender has worked as an associate at Bär & Karrer since 2016, where she is now counsel. She has acted as legal advisor in various notable deals and cases, advising clients on a wide range of legal topics. Her expertise focuses on banking, insurance, and other financial market laws, as well as M&A, general corporate and commercial matter,s and related areas.
