Louisa Galbraith promoted to partner at MLL
Louisa Galbraith (pictured), associate at MLL since 2017 and senior associate since 2021, has been promoted to partner, effective January 2025. Additionally, Hannah Cipriano-Favre and Camillo Devecchi have been promoted to counsel, also as of January 2025.

Louisa Galbraith has been promoted to partner. She joined MLL Legal in 2017 as an associate after working at Wenger Plattner as junior associate between 2015 and 2016. Her promotion to senior associate happened in 2021. A member of the IP practice group, her main area of practice is IP litigation with a focus on patent litigation. She advises clients in regulatory and contractual matters in the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
Hannah Cipriano-Favre, the new counsel, joined the firm in 2012 and became an associate in 2017 in the litigation and employment practice group. Hannah Cipriano-Favre has expertise in litigation and employment law, with an emphasis on workplace disputes and regulatory compliance.
Camillo Devecchi has been elevated to counsel. He joined the firm as associate in 2016 and became senior associate in 2019. A member of the corporate & M&A practice group, he acts as knowledge & quality management officer for the entire firm. Additionally, he advises on general corporate law, M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. His experience is in advising on public takeover law and representation before the relevant authorities. Furthermore, Camillo Devecchi is an expert in knowledge and quality management, having managed various internal projects aimed at enhancing efficiency through technology.
