Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to terreActive, a company based in Aarau, in the recent majority stake acquisition by Swiss Post. 

This strategic move is aimed at enhancing Swiss Post’s expertise in security and fortifying the protection of its services and data.

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the sellers in this transaction.
