Bär & Karrer with Airsol on VitalAire acquisition

Bär & Karrer advised Airsol, part of SOL Group — an Italian spcialist in the production, research and marketing of technical and medical gases and homecare services sector — on its acquisition of VitalAire Switzerland from Air Liquide.
