Lenz & Staehelin with Prime Infrastructure on SierraCol acquisition

Lenz & Staehelin, working alongside Milbank, advised Philippines-based infrastructure investor Prime Infrastructure in connection with its acquisition of SierraCol Energy, an independent oil and gas exploration and production company, from Nasdaq-listed investment firm Carlyle.

The transaction is expected to close in Q1 2026.
