Bär & Karrer with Circet Europe on Isen Tiefbau acquisition

Bär & Karrer advised Circet Group, a provider of telecom inftrastructure services in Europe, on the acquisition of Isen Tiefbau from its founders. Isen Tiefbau Group will serve as a strategic platform for Circet in the Swiss market and will support Circet’s expansion across Europe.
