Bär & Karrer advised HAS Healthcare Advanced Synthesis and its sole shareholder in the acquisition of Chemholding due and its subsidiaries, including its main operative company Cerbios-Pharma.

HAS Healthcare Advanced Synthesis is a full-service CDMO specialised in development and manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), cGMP Advanced Intermediates, High Potency APIs (HPAPIs) and Anticancer compounds . The company’s production plant is located in Biasca, Switzerland.
