Bär & Karrer with Insysta on sale to MTF Solutions
Bär & Karrer advised the shareholders of Valais-based IT service provider Insysta GmbH MTF Solutions, on the company’s sale to MTF Solutions, a subsidiary of Swisscom and a Swiss provider of IT solutions headquartered in Bern.
