Beda Kaufmann to join Advestra as partner

Beda Kaufmann (pictured) joins Advestra as partner effective 1 July 2021.

Kaufmann practice focuses on advising Swiss and foreign corporates as well as private equity and venture capital firms and other investors on a broad range of m&a transactions. He further advises clients on corporate law topics, including corporate restructuring, corporate governance and all questions related to raising capital.

Kaufmann started his legal career in Swiss law firm Bär & Karrer. During his time at Bär & Karrer, he served for 6 months at London based law firm, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Kaufmann then joined Viseca, a Swiss payment provider, as in-house legal counsel.
