BeMore Services bought by PE-backed JEMS: the advisors

BeMore Services, a Swiss IT services firm, has been purchased by JEMS Group, a French cloud computing and Big Data solutions integrator backed by PE firms Pechel and Omnes Capital.  Located in Geneva and Lausanne, BeMore Services provides Cloud and Devops solutions to the banking, public, luxury goods and industrial sectors.

Cover avocats advised the buyers with  Johann Bouskila, whereas BMG Avocats with Guillaume Fatio and CMS with Olivier Carrard (pictured) and Nathalie Lamri accompanied the sellers.
