FRORIEP acted as legal advisor to Nature’s Way in its acquisition of Baze Labs

FRORIEP accompanied Nature’s Way, one of the main supplement manufacturers in the US, as counsel in all legal aspects with respect to the full acquisition of Baze Labs together with its German and US subsidiaries. Baze Labs is a personalised nutrition group of companies, providing custom supplements and food plants for a tailored supplement action plan.

FRORIEP partner Mark Montanari (pictured) was in charge of this project. He specialises in the structuring of both corporate debt and equity financing transactions as well as M&A transactions and regularly advises Swiss and international public and private companies as well as start-ups, investors and executives.
