Homburger: Berner Kantonalbank places CHF 200 million Tier 2 bonds

Berner Kantonalbank has successfully completed the placement of CHF 200 m 0.85 per cent. Tier 2 bonds. Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as Structuring Advisor and Lead Manager and Berner Kantonalbank acted as Co-Manager. The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. 

With the first issue of a regulated fixed income capital instrument, BEKB is further strengthening its capital base and securing the financing of credit growth.
