BGPartner welcomes new Attorney-at-law Tanya Aebersold

BGPartner has welcomed to the f Tanya Aebersold (pictured) as attorney-at-law.

Aebersold preferred area of practice is focused on contract law (with national and international reference), tenancy and labour law, family law, debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, corporate law, banking and finance market law, criminal law, road traffic law as well as litigation.

Aebersold, who was admitted to the bar in 2021, joins BGPartner from the Supreme Court of the Canton of Bern where she worked as a court clerk since July 2021. Prior to that, she held a part-time role as secretary of city council meetings at the City of Thun. In 2019, she served as a paralegal at lafranchi meyer and as a court clerk at the Regional Court Oberlan.
