BGPartner’s partner Stefan Kunz advises in the Linde project

26 years after the demolition of the “Zur Linde” inn, a building permit has been granted. If all goes well, two new buildings will replace the gravel car park in the centre of the village from 2025. In the focus of the almost never-ending story: Stefan Kunz, one of the four honorary board members of Dorfzentrum Linde Schwarzenburg since 2018, and Marcel Hauert, architect of Ductus Studio.

The building permit has been issued and the construction is expected to start in spring 2024. The shareholders are relieved. The “disgraceful spot” in the village center of Schwarzenburg (BE) will soon disappear.

Stefan Kunz (pictured), partner of BGPartner, was able to use his many years of experience as a lawyer in the field of building and planning law to advise the parties involved accordingly, to manage the project and, thanks to his negotiating skills, to offer all stakeholders a satisfactory solution. The lawyer Fabiola Weilenmann-Anthamatten actively supported Kunz.
