BianchiSchwald advised routeRANK on its merger with Netcetera

Swiss software company Netcetera has acquired routeRANK, the Lausanne-based specialist for reliable and environmentally friendly door-to-door route planning.

With this strategic transaction, the two companies will provide IT solutions for multimodal mobility worldwide. The newly acquired expert know-how and technological expertise will enable Netcetera to offer comprehensive services along the digital passenger journey: efficient and ecological route planning, passenger information, and ticketing. Founded in 1996, Netcetera is a holding company with around 800 employees and is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, with locations across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
