MME advises Nevermined on EUR 3 million seed financing

Nevermined, a Web3 company that provides tools to read, write and own your digital assets, has announced its €3 million seed investment round, co-led by Signature Ventures and Polymorphic Capital. MME advised Nevermined on the equity financing.

Nevermined offers IT software solutions in the areas of data and information management, organisational, technology and IT collaboration, as well as web3 functions such as NFT and smart contracts. The platform consists of modular solutions that allow users to easily create and monetise digital assets and participate in the read, write and own Web3 vision.

The MME team involved in the deal was led by partner Alex Enzler (corporate/m&a, pictured) and included Thomas Linder (partner, tax), Dominik Hofmann (senior associate, blockchain/DLT), Philipp Stadler (senior associate, IP/IT) and associate Rico Huder.
