BianchiSchwald advises fernao on the acquisition of 1stQuad

Fernao has acquisted 1stQuad Solutions, the IT services company creating and supporting individual business software solutions. Through this acquisition, fernao further strengthens its Swiss business and its segments data intelligence, process automation, business applications and information & collaboration.

The fernao group is headquartered in Cologne, Germany, and employs more than 670 employees in 25 locations. The company sees itself as a holistic pioneer and companion of digitalization and security in the digital world. To this end, the group has established the fernao House of Experts combining its aggregated expertise across the 8 expert areas cyber security & defence, information & business security, digital infrastructure, cloud platform, digital workplace, business applications, network visibility and data & analytics.
