Walder Wyss advises Ufenau with its UC4 transaction

Walder Wyss advises Ufenau Capital Partners on the sale of the participations in 24/7 Kanalservice Holding, GarLa Gruppe Holding, Hanseatic Power Service and their respective group companies held by the funds Ufenau V German Asset Light, and Ufenau VI German Asset Light, to the new fund Ufenau Continuation Fonds 4, SLP (UCF4).

UCF4 was launched by a number of renowned investors led by LGT Capital Partners in order to invest in the three aforementioned groups. With the completion of the transaction, UCF4 was successfully closed. In addition, the completion of the transaction resulted in a significant liquidity event at the level of Ufenau V and Ufenau VI.

Ufenau Capital Partners is a privately-owned Swiss Investor Group headquartered at Lake Zurich which advises private and institutional investors with their investments in private equity.
