Bratschi: Adrian Wyss joins as new partner

Adrian Wyss (pictured) joins Bratschi as new partner effective from 1 June 2021.

Adrian Wyss has long-standing consultancy and litigation experience in the field of intellectual property law, in particular trademark law, copyright and design law, unfair competition law and contract drafting (in particular license agreements). He also regularly represents clients in commercial and criminal (white collar crime) litigation and arbitration proceedings. Adrian Wyss will be jointly heading the intellectual property, technology and data protection practice group at Bratschi.

Prior to joining Bratschi Adrian Wyss served as a Senior Associate for more than eight years at Lenz & Staehelin and as a lawyer for Häusermann+Partner before that.

In addition to his work as party representative, Adrian Wyss also sits as an arbitrator and teaches intellectual property law at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and the FHNW University of Applied Sciences. In 2019, Adrian Wyss was elected by the State Parliament as part-time judge of the Commercial Court of the State of Aargau.

Wyss is a member of International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI), Institute for Intellectual Property Law (INGRES) and the International Trademark Association (INTA)
