Aspiag Management, a company of the Austrian SPAR group, has sold its real estate property with the TopCC cash-and-carry market in Hendschiken, Switzerland, to a Swiss real estate investor as of the beginning of 2021, while TopCC, a company of the Swiss SPAR group, has simultaneously leased it back from the new owner on a long-term basis.
