Noëmi Kunz-Schenks joins Wenger & Vieli as new tax advisor
As of January 2021, Noëmi Kunz-Schenks (pictured) joins Wenger & Vieli as new tax advisor. She specializes in domestic and international tax issues and tax consulting, particularly in corporate reorganizations, restructurings, acquisitions and divestments, structured finance, financial products, startups and venture capital as well as real estate transactions.
From 2008 to 2020 Noëmi Kunz-Schenk practiced with international law firms and a big four company where she advised international groups of companies, private equity and venture capital investors, financial institutions, medium-sized enterprises as well as private clients on national and international tax plannings, reorganizations, acquisitions, divestments and financings. She was country rapporteur of Switzerland for the IFA 2018 in Seoul.
