Bratschi appoints new Partners and Of-Counsel in Basel

Bratschi has appointed three new partners and of counsel on its Basel’s office. Marco Giavarini, Marius Meier and Orlando Meyer have been appointed partners and Christop Grether, of counsel.

Marco Giavarini advises clients primarily in the area of real estate law. One focus of his practice is landlord and tenant law, where he mainly represents institutional and private landlords as well as commercial tenants. Other areas of practice include construction and work contract law, general contract law and civil procedure law. Prior to this, he was partner at Schülin Strauss Achermann Giavarini and later at Lexportal.

Marius Meier has also worked as an independent lawyer and notary at LEXPORTAL. Prior to this he was partner at Vischer. Oralando Meyer advises domestic and foreign clients on labour, contract and corporate law. He has been working as an independent lawyer since 2012, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation. Prior to that, he worked for 20 years in the human resources management of well-known companies.

The of counsel Christoph Grether has been working as an independent attorney-at-law, mainly acting in civil law and civil procedures, in public and civil construction law since 1977. He was also legal advisor of Swiss Bank Corporation and secretary of the Arlesheim Civil Court.
