Sandra De Vito Bieri new Managing Director of Bratschi

Bratschi  has announced the appointment of Sandra De Vito Bieri (pictured) as new Managing Partner and Delegate of the Board of Directors. She has been Co-Head Bratschi Arbitration Practice Group Since 2012.

Sandra De Vito Bieri has acted as chairperson, party and sole arbitrator and counsel in more than 40 arbitrations, mainly in ICC, Swiss Rules and ad hoc arbitrations as well as in domestic arbitrations and has supervised more than 40 arbitrations in her capacity as a member of the Court of Arbitration of the Swiss Arbitration Centre.

Sandra De Vito Bieri has worked in the field of civil litigation and national and international arbitration for over 20 years. Prior to joining Bratschi, De Vito Bieri served as a partner at Rohner Attorneys at law. Her career started as an in-house legal at Amgen Europe followed by an Associate role at Bär & Karrer then as a Senior Associate at Altenburger.

De Vito Bieri is also a Member of ASA (Swiss Arbitration Association), the Swiss and Zurich Bar Associations, the ArbitralWomen, the Liechtenstein Institute for Arbitration LIS and lastly the German institution for arbitration DIS.  She is Co-founder of the «Innovation Conference on International Arbitration» of SCAI and also Figures in the ICC National Committee (Switzerland) list of arbitrators.
