Carrier acquires Berlinger & Co: the advisors

Lenz & Staehelin advised Carrier Global Corporation on its acquisition of Berlinger & Co’s monitoring solutions business for an undisclosed consideration. Vischer advised the sellers. Closing should occur in the third quarter of 2024.
