CMS advises HUBER packaging group on the sale of Envases 

Envases Europe (Denmark), which is a member of the Envases Universales Group, a global manufacturer of consumer goods packaging, has agreed to acquire HUBER Packaging Group.

A team headed by CMS partner Maximilian Grub and principal counsel Sabina Krispenz advised the HUBER Group and its shareholders on all legal aspects of structuring the transaction, contract design and the contract negotiations. The transaction is expected to complete in the first quarter of 2021 and is currently awaiting approval from several competition authorities.
