CMS with CymbiQ on the sale of Aspectra to Convotis

CMS advised CymbiQ Group, a portfolio company of the German private equity investor capiton, on the sale of Aspectra to the Convotis Group. With the sale of Aspectra – a Zurich-based hosting and managed services provider – the CymbiQ Group strengthens its focus on its strategic core areas with the aim of being the leading provider of premium consulting, services and managed services in the cyber security sector.

Partner Dr. Daniel Jenny (pictured left) and senior associate Florian Jung (pictured right) led CMS’ team, which provided comprehensive legal advice to the seller. The team also consisted of Mark Cagienard (partner; tax) and Miryam Meile (senior associate; employment).
