CMS advises Nahrin in acquisition of Swisscare from Alcedo
A team of CMS Switzerland and CMS Italy led by Stefan Brunnschweiler advised Nahrin on all legal aspects of the acquisition of the Italy based Swisscare from Alcedo IV and the two founding shareholders Stelvio Andreis and Elvio Lonardi.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Swisscare is an acknowledged operator in the field of direct sales through the two brands Swisscare and Nahrin. The company distributes cosmetics and food supplements in Italy. Swisscare reported a turnover of EUR 26m with an EBITDA of EUR 5m in 2020.
Nahrin is a family-run Swiss company based in Sarnen, in the heart of Switzerland. Specializing in the development and production of food and kitchen products.
