Homburger advises Siegfried on issuance of Senior Bonds

Homburger is acting as legal advisor for Siegfried Holding in the placement of a CHF 200 million 0.20% Senior Bond due 2026. The bonds will be admitted for trading and listing on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The closing is expected to be June 15, 2021. UBS acting as lead manager.
