CMS with Rentokil Initial on Hydroplant acquisition
CMS Switzerland advised Rentokil Initial in connection with the acquisition of Zurich-based Hydroplant. The transaction was completed on 31 March 2026.
The parties
Hydroplant is a specialised provider of custom interior and exterior greening solutions, designing and implementing vertical and horizontal vegetation structures, building greening systems, and plant containers.
Rentokil Initial (publ.) is an international service group focusing on pest control, hygiene and on professional greening solutions.
