Schellenberg Wittmer with OC Oerlikon on CHF 200 M bond placement

Schellenberg Wittmer advised OC Oerlikon on its placement of CHF 200 million senior unsecured bonds.

OC Oerlikon, a specialist in surface technologies and advanced materials, has placed CHF 200 million 2.125% bonds due in 2031. Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG, Commerzbank, UBS Investment Bank and Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as joint lead managers and bookrunners on the offering.
