Comet’s revolving credit facility agreement: the advisors

Homburger and Baker McKenzie have acted as advisors in connection with Comet Holding‘s new CHF 60 million multicurrency revolving credit facility agreement. Comet is a globally leading Swiss technology company in the plasma control and x-ray space and employs over 1.700 people worldwide.

Homburger acted as counsel to Zürcher Kantonalbank in its capacity as mandated lead arranger and the other syndicate banks with regard to all legal aspects of the financing transaction. The team was led by associate Stefan Bindschedler (financing and investment products, pictured left) and included Jürg Frick (financing and investment products) as well as Stefan Oesterhelt (tax).

From the other side, Baker McKenzie advised Comet on all legal aspects of the transaction. The team was led by partner Markus Wolf (banking and finance, pictured right) supported by Charlotte Rüegg (associate, banking and finance) and Andrea Bolliger (counsel, tax).
