Bär & Karrer advises Farner on its partnership with SEMSEA
The Farner group, a portfolio company of Waterland Private Equity, partnered with SEMSEA to expand its agency alliance “Team Farner”. The Zurich-based SEMSEA Suchmaschinenmarketing specializes in online and search engine marketing.
Farner continues to expand in the field of digital marketing with a highly specialized online and search engine marketing agency as SEMSEA. Under the Google Leading Agencies Switzerland Program and as a Google Premium Partner, the Farner team now brings together two certified Google Premium Partners in SEMSEA and BlueGlass.
Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to the Farner group in this transaction.
