UBS sells Congress Hotel Seepark to Artisa Micro Living. The advisors
Artisa Micro Living, a Swiss company, active in the development and in the management of real estate investments in the Swiss and European markets, has successfully acquired the Congress Hotel Seepark and the related operating company from UBS.
Artisa has taken over the 4-star superior hotel with more than 90 rooms and two restaurants, located directly on Lake Thun, as of 15 December 2021.
Bär & Karrer advised UBS on the sale. The Team included partner Corrado Rampini (pictured) and associate Kilian Müller (both real estate), as well as associate Cyrill Diefenbacher (tax).
