Bär & Karrer: Cornèr Bank stake acquisition in the Finpromotion Group 

Bär & Karrer acted as legal advisor to Cornèr Bank in its acquisition of a 30% stake in the Finpromotion Group, specialists in private, corporate and institutional asset management. 

The acquisition deal came with an option to increase the share in the future. This major operation will allow the two players on the Lugano financial scene to share and strengthen their respective expertise in private banking.
