Apollo Global Management, a leading global alternative investment manager, has acquired Covis Pharma, a global specialty pharmaceutical company, from an affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management. Covis Pharma is headquartered in the Netherlands and has branch operations in Switzerland.
Homburger acted as Swiss counsel to Cerberus and Covis Pharma.
