Ineos Group, a Switzerland-based company that manufactures and markets Pvc and Upvc formulations for buildings, cables, medical and packaging applications, has signed an agreement to acquire two non-core assets from Spirit Energy, a Danish company of oil and gas fields. The transaction is expected to close later this year.
