credentis acquired by vVardis: the advisor

vVardis – the recently launched personal oral care brand by Dres Abivardi – has acquired credentis, whose dental products are based on the patented CUROLOX® technology involving peptides self-assembling into a 3-dimensional matrix, triggering biomimetic mineralisation and repair from calcium, phosphate and fluoride.

VISCHER has been advising credentis since 2010 in all financing rounds and strategic partnerships and assisted credentis and its shareholders also in this sale concluding a decade long collaboration. The team was led by Matthias Staehelin (pictured) with Pauline Pfirter (both Corporate) and Nadia Tarolli (Tax).
