Data Dynamic joins Collana IT Group

The Collana IT Group has acquired Data Dynamic, a provider for business solutions located in Bern. The longstanding relationship with Microsoft and the expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central is the basis for customized solutions in different sectors. Collana IT is based in Flensburg and provides IT excellence across different sectors with more than 200 employees in collaboration with specialized IT companies in the DACH region.

Collana IT, is a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners. The private-owned Swiss investor group is headquartered at Lake Zurich and advises private and institutional investors with their investments in private equity. The group is focused on investments in service companies in German-speaking Europe, Iberia and the Benelux region and invests in Education & Lifestyle, Business Services, Healthcare and Financial Services sectors. Ufenau was awarded the “DACH Deal of the Year” 2021 for the exit of the Swiss IT Security Group.
