MLL Legal advises on the closing of DePoly’s seed financing round
DePoly‘s goal is to create a cleaner world for future generations by converting PET waste to premium quality raw materials for reuse. DePoly has developed a unique and innovative process to recycle all PET plastics without the need to pre-wash, pre-sort, or separate out other plastics.
The MLL Legal team was led by partner Kevin M. Hubacher (corporate & M&A) and included partner Thomas Nabholz (tax), associate Michèle Sue Sidler (corporate & M&A) as well as senior associate Louisa Galbraith (intellectual property).
