Eversheds Sutherland advises in the sale of ADMEDICS

Eversheds Sutherland has advised the founder and long-time chairman Hans Jäggi on his succession and the sale of ADMEDICS, Advanced Medical Solutions, to the managing director, Rudolf Meier.

ADMEDICS was founded in 2007 by Hans Jäggi and since then grew into a leading enterprise in the field of trade and distribution of medical devices and instruments in Switzerland. Concretelly, is a leading Swiss trading company, selling medical technology products in the fields of biopsy, gastroenterology/endoscopy, urology and senology as exclusive and general agent for leading manufacturers worldwide.
