Walder Wyss advises on the change of ownership of the Hotel Saratz Pontresina

Change of hands in Engadine. Annatina Saratz takes over the majority shareholding in Hotel Saratz. In the past financial year, the hotel achieved one of the best results in its recent history. Until now, Hotel Saratz was owned by the Gut, Klainguti, Saratz and Staehelin families. In the course of a rationalisation of the shareholding structure, Annatina Saratz, representing the sixth generation of Saratz owners, is taking over the majority of the hotel shares from her relatives. The hotel will continue to develop in the proven family tradition.

With almost 160 years, the Saratz in the center of Pontresina is one of the hotel pioneers of the Engadine. The hotel offers 93 rooms of different categories. The 35,000-square-meter Saratz Park is home to the highest heated outdoor swimming pool in the Upper Engadine.
